Annie is a “tax-savvy” lawyer and works with clients and their advisors in a team-based approach to design and implement creative personal planning and corporate planning structures (including succession planning and tax driven reorganizations) that create value for clients in a cost-effective manner. She completed the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada’s In-Depth Tax Course (Parts I, II and III) in 2015.
